Product Description

The French & Indian War Horn is a beautiful dark powder horn. Has a dark waist, grooved for the strap, concave rings and a tapered neck with  flats.  The butt plug is stained dark, fitted tight and retained by four tiny wooden pins.  The decorative scalloped lip extends past the butt plug, drilled in the scallop to attach a leather strap which is included with the horn. Can order a priming horn with scallops or plain base as well.
Also comes with out the scallops and a wood base with a staple to secure the strap.

      The horn was beutiful when it arrived and I looked at it for a few months before deciding to scrim on it. Needless to say my first attempt came out very nice, It was a Rev war style of art with the segmented snake ( Join or Die), American eagle, Sons of Liberty and some schroll work along with a battle date at Cowpens. I posted it on AmericanLongriflesForums and got many compliments from seasoned scrimmers.
      I am going to order another one as I am know "hooked" on scrimming horns.
