  4. Quality rifle case 5 Star Review

Posted by on 8th Nov 2020

This is a very nice rifle case worth the money. The liner allows the rifle to easily slide in and out without catching on anything and the thick blanket really protects. Its hard to find a case long enough and the October Country cases are a great choice.

  5. The Best Rifle Cover in my Collection 5 Star Review

Posted by on 27th Oct 2020

I have hard and soft cases from many main-line manufacturers. This is my new favorite that I'm very proud of. I'm going to have this one on display in my den. The blanket material is nice a thick. Combining that with the thick inner lining and the leather seam cover, it seems very rugged. The colors and workmanship make this a very handsome cover. It's for a CVA Wolf muzzleloader which fits perfectly in the 54" size, allowing for the proper amount of fold over the butt and to be able to properly tie it closed. I have a Traditions brand buttstock flex loader on the butt of the rifle which makes it a bit tight for the fit into the cover. If there was a scope on this rifle, it would not fit. It's a very nice and attractive cover. I'm extremely pleased with this and will buy more.

  6. Well Built and Rugged 5 Star Review

Posted by on 27th Sep 2020

This cover is heavy weight and rugged. The 72 inch model will easily hold my flintlock rifle with a 44 inch barrel and still the top will fold over and tie easily with the long leather tie.
