October Country is located in the town of Dalton Gardens, between Coeur d'Alene and Hayden, Idaho. We are in the Panhandle of the state, due east of Spokane, Washington. Our location puts us in the Pacific Time Zone. Our address is 6272 N. Government Way, Dalton Gardens, ID 83815. We are a block east of Highway 95 and just a few buildings south of Hanley Avenue, south of the Silverlake Mall on the east side of the street, directly across from the Feed and Farm Store.

Our store hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM Pacific time, Monday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are optional, depending on whether we are in town or not. It is better to call ahead first. We are closed on Sundays to enjoy the day with our families.

Products are sold in the original manufacturer's packaging. Although it is possible that the package might have been opened, everything we sell is new and unused. The obvious exception would be something that is marked as used.

 

All items we sell have been tested for quality and function by October Country. We operate under the assumption that if we don't find it adequate for an intended use, why would you. We do not buy a manufacturer's entire line, just to carry it all. We pick and choose only the best products of their kind. It's easy to choose everything, but it takes experience to know the difference.

 

Satisfaction Guaranteed

 

Everything we sell carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If it just won't work for the intended purpose, you are free to return it within 30 days of purchase. You do not need a return authorization and we do not charge a restocking fee within 30 days. Over 30 days, a restocking fee of 20% might be charged.
