Description
OCTOBER COUNTRY'S own design, made from the same quality, top-grain, oil-tanned leather as our bags. Each sling has a universal lace-up boot for the butt of the gun. The one piece 1 1/4" carry strap makes toting any rifle more comfortable. All October Country slings come pre-assembled for your convenience. Available in solid color or two-tone (one on the right). Excellent sling for smokepoles and leverguns
I've had one on a Cimarron 1873 Sporting Rifle for many years, and just got a second to put on a 1935 vintage Winchester 94 Rifle. They are very well made out of high quality leather. I appreciate that October Country offers these in a left handed version.

Universal sling
I got the two toned one and its a beautiful piece of leather that fits my Traditions Hawken 50 cal perfectly. Carries on the shoulder very well. I would highly recommend one for your traditional rifle.

I have bought two of the Universal Slings for two of my muzzle loaders. They fit great and are a nice touch to the rifles. These slings are made with excellent heavy leather and will last a life time.
