Great design
Quality piece of gear. Simple and effective design. Fits the 1777 charleville carbine replica perfectly.

Universal sling
The first thing I noticed was the quality. Top grain leather, not suede like the competition. Fit and finish was good. Added a piece of heavy foam inside the buttpad. Now mine also acts as a recoil pad too. My nerve damaged shoulder appreciates that. Thanks October Country.

Looks the most period for the rifle
Quality leather and plenty strong. One word of caution. If you put this on a lyman great plains rifle the extra wood on the left side of the butt stock will prevent you from having a perfectly symmetrical wrap on the right side. Function isn't compromised but it might bother your OCD. GREAT sling.

The Perfect Sling
I recently purchased a Henry lever action 22 with a walnut stock and did not want to drill holes in that beautiful wood for sling studs so after a neighbors suggestion I did some searching and came up with your universal sling. Even though the sling is for a black powder gun. It was the perfect fit for what I wanted thanks for your products

Always a great sling for any muzzleloader!
I have several of these slings. They are tough, and work on any muzzleloader. They are easy to install and remove causing no damage. I even use them on my Sharps rifles.

Good Deal for the money
Good sling. Looks like it will fit anything. Just wish the strap was a little thicker. Otherwise it's great.

I can make it fit anything sling.
Needed a sling for my scattergun, and I had one of these on my Pedersoli. Having experience in this matter, I bought two. One is on my shotgun, and the other semi-automagically attached itself to my son's 1891 Mauser. If I had to nit-pick, I'd recommend an inch longer thong to secure the muzzle end.

Simple and effective sling.
I am using this on a Hawkin that would look wrong with swivels, even if I could mount them. The simple pocket for the stock and loop around the barrel works great, very comfortable. While the strap is thinner than most slings, it seems to be enough, and keeps a low profile so it does not interfere with sight picture. I went only 4 of 5 stars because the laces are kind of bulky, and the butt end covers my patch box.

Looks good
Sling looks good on guns. Have not used it yet, but it looks like it will work well. One of the o lyrics reasonable pri Ed quality looking slings that I could find that didn't require me to drill holes in my gun.
