Universal Sling

My old rifle sling on my TC Hawken finally died after 35 years of use. Did a search for a new one and found this one from October Country and I sure am glad I did. This is a quality product, much better than my old sling. I bought the two tone and it looks very nice. This sling is really well built and I'm sure will be the last sling I'll need on this gun until I'm done hunting or pushing up daisies.

Its a good sling. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the leather is thin enough it could possibly rip. After using it for a week it had not ripped or tore.

I gave this sling to my son for an old lever action rifle that was given to him from a friend he did not want to drill holes for a sling and he could not find one locally so I found your company and he was very happy with this good looking leather sling and it fit perfectly.

I have two of these now, the first being about 5 years old and still in great shape. If you carry a flintlock to hunt, it's a great sling for navigating rough terrain where two hands are necessary just to stay on your feet. I use it with my Lyman Great Plains rifle with no issues. It wears well and is easy to clean. I have no complaints. This company ships quality and does it fast.
