Universal Sling

This sling is awesome looks good on your rifle very functional i liked it so much I bought a second one for my hawken october country you've done well with this one

I used the sling for 3 days of PA flintlock in Jan 2021. I used it for a Hawken 50 cal purchased in the 1990s. The sling worked well and was helpful when climbing hills since I could sling it over my shoulder. One of the ties came undone and and I almost dropped it. I caught it in time and retied the not. I had not tied the not any tighter than when I got it from the manufacturer. If you buy this sling, make sure to tie the knots tightly. The leather is soft and good quality. I would have preferred the leather to be slightly thicker since my guns is very heavy. I am pleased with the sling and happy that I got it. If it lasts for 10 years then it will be true win!

it is well made but the barrel wrap blocks out my bead. I haven't tried shooting my shotgun with the front bead blocked out but I don't normally use the bead just focus on target. Not sure i will be able to focus on target with strap in view. Maybe on rifle sights the strap might not bother sight picture, not sure though my front blades are filed low.

Looks great and works perfect.

Received my sling today and the quality is great! The only downside is that it doesn't fit my lyman deerstalker very good! Had to practically un lace it in order for it to fit! Wish it would close up more on the butt of my gun! The lacing is too far apart!

I got the invitation to review my new sling the day after I received it which was 2 weeks after I ordered it. Thanks US Postal Service. It's well made and good quality leather. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. It laced up snugly and looks great. I especially like the way it matches my possibles bag. Obviously I haven't had a chance to take it in the field yet but I am sure it will not disappoint. Exactly what I was looking for. Might have to order 2 more.

Bought this for my father for his birthday to use on his TC Hawken. He has had his Hawken since before I was born but never had a sling on it. He told me he put the sling on and it works perfectly! Out of the package it is great quality leather and will surely last years if cared for properly. Can't wait to see it on his rifle!

Great product, fast delivery, packaged well,better than expected. Using on a muzzleloader,butt cover acts as additional recoil protection.

I got one of these slings for my Traditions Hawken Woodsman muzzleloader. It came faster than was estimated, and it looks great. I wasn't sure what to expect for $30, but I definitely feel like I got my money's worth, and some. The leather is dark and rich, and seems to be of good quality. It is comfortable to wear with the rifle and holds the firearm secure. I can't believe it took me so many years to get one.
