English Flints

I ordered several new flints and touch hole liners for my T//C hawken .54 cal. Everything work as planned. Shipping time wasnt great, but I ordered the parts during the holiday season and was expected.

As a new flintlock shooter I don’t have much to compare too. These flintlocks BRS have worked as I imagine they should. I have 35 shots through this gun now on the same flint. Haven’t had a misfire yet.

First time ordering flints in general let alone from October Country so I have no basis for comparison however they fit perfectly, were quite sharp and threw good sparks even in humid and windy conditions. Had no issues igniting the pan powder in my Traditions .50 caliber Kentucky Flintlock. Will definitely order from again.

I'm fairly new to flintlocks and this made getting new flints very painless. I also really appreciate that some of the more common firearms with suggested flint sizes are listed. Will definitely order from here again.

These flints go 75 plus shots in my Hatfield rifle and still are quite sharp . October country will be my only source for Flints from now on . also have not tried yet in my Lyman great plains but I'm sure will be exceptional.
