Our French Flints come directly from France. They are amber in color and in demand by Flinters. They are available in sizes of 1/2" to 1"". Sold individually not 8 like the picture.

Very nice flints. I should have ordered the 3/4 flints. Excellent shipping.

Okay flints
These flints were okay, but not the best job of knapping. A bit inconsistent in size and shape. Needed a bit of cleaning up to use. Appear to be more brittle than English or German flits.

Best flints I’ve found
I went to the range yesterday and only had one fail to fire in 60+ shots. Even after the flint had broken and was very short it kept working. Very impressive! The only complaint was they were a bit long for my Siler lock but that was easily fixed by notching the back to fit around the screw.
