Description
Our Poor Boy Trade Powder Horn is a finished and polished cow horn. The base plug is custom fitted to the natural shape of the horn and secured with brass brads. A groove is cut in to the tip of the horn, and a staple is placed in the base plug to attach the strap, which is included. The horn comes with a wood stopper in the pouring end. This product can also be ordered as a stained horn for antiqued look. It's a quality product but as reasonably priced as it name "Poor Boy". Made in the USA by October Country, a manufacturer of muzzleloading supplies.

Perfect Horn
This is the perfect horn for the price. Air tight and made with care. Fit and finish is excellent. This isnt one of those cheap knock off horns, this is a quality horn at a very affordable price

Anything but “poor”
When you hear a name like “poor boy” you don’t expect a top quality piece. That’s not the case with this horn. I ordered mine in natural white and it came very nicely polished with a tight fitting plug. Completely air tight. Holds about half a pound of pyrodex RS. I would highly recommend this horn.
